Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring food into the venue?

Homemade food is permitted. We do not allow any commercial food (e.g. McDonalds), glass or alcohol to be brought into our venue.

Can I bring camping chairs, strollers/prams and esky's into the venue?

Yes, all is allowed. Please be aware, security will inspect any esky's and bags upon entry.

Will there be food available to purchase at the venue?

Yes. We will have multiple food options available to fuel your night including the Hudson Hotel operating the main cafe and pit cafe, as well as sweet and savoury food trucks.

Will there be any live-streaming for the event?

All events at Sydney International Speedway will be live-streamed on ClayPerView.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. We have two carparks available for parking - our main carpark and an overflow carpark. We have several disabled spots available in our main carpark. The overflow carpark is approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the main gates. Please arrive early if you wish to park in our closest carpark.

Is there a shuttle bus service or public transport available to the venue?

No. This is not something our venue offers. Please make your own transport arrangements to and from our venue.

Can tickets still be purchased at the gate?

Yes. However, purchasing tickets online ensures you will not have to wait in any queues, which may be lengthy depending on when you arrive.

Are there any activities for children?

Yes. We have a playground on site that will remain open for the duration of the event. As well as merchandise and an opportunity to participate in some challenges.


Conditions of Entry

These are the general conditions of entry for events at the Sydney International Speedway.

Please note that conditions of entry may vary between events, subject to the event organiser or promoter.

Refer to the Venue’s event pages for further information on specific events.

General Conditions

Sydney International Public General Admission Ticketing Available

  • Adult 17 years and over
    Concession Patrons holding one of the following cards are eligible to purchase a ticket at the concession rate: Centrelink Issued: Pensioner Concession Card (PCC); Department of Veterans’ Affairs Card or Department of Veterans’ Affairs issued Pensioner.

  • Teens aged 13-16 are eligible to purchase a Teens Corporate Ticket with an accompanying paying General Admission Adult/Guardian.

  • Children aged 12 & under are FREE with an accompanying paying General Admission Adult/Guardian.

  • Children aged 5 years & under are FREE on the knee in our Public Corporate Seating Area.

  • Companion Card Holder *Strictly available to valid Companion Card holders only and with a paid General Admission ticket.


Sydney International Pit Pass Entry Pit Pass pit pass requirements are:

  • Teens aged 16 years are eligible to purchase a Pit Pass with an accompanying paying Adult/Guardian Pit Pass Admission. Teens must be supervised at all times whilst in the Pit Area.

  • Ticket Upgrades are available from General Admission to Pit Pass with the above requirements including Speedway Australia Licencing.

  • Sydney International Speedway’s Pits are an alcohol free zone. Alcohol is not to be consumed in the Pits during any Event.


Sydney International Public Corporate Suite Ticketing Available

  • Adult 17 years & over - $125.00 per person

  • Concession - $115.00 per person
    Patrons holding one of the following cards are eligible to purchase a ticket at the concession rate: Centrelink Issued: Pensioner Concession Card (PCC); Department of Veterans’ Affairs Card or Department of Veterans’ Affairs issued Pensioner.

  • Teens aged 13-16 - $75.00
    Teens aged 13-16 are eligible to purchase a Teens Corporate Ticket with an accompanying paying

  • Corporate Adult/Guardian.

  • Children aged 6-12 - $45.00
    Children are eligible to purchase a Junior Corporate Ticket with an accompanying paying Corporate Adult/Guardian.

  • Children aged 5 years & under are FREE on the knee in our Public Corporate Seating Area.
    Free on the knee = does not take up a separate seat to a parent/guardian.

Liquor Licensing

All persons entering Sydney International Speedway are advised that:

  • They are entering licensed premises.

  • Intoxicated or drug affected persons will not be permitted to enter.

  • Persons in possession of alcohol or illicit drugs will not be permitted to enter.

  • Alcoholic beverages must not be removed from the Venue.

  • Checking procedures will apply to prevent persons possessing alcohol or illicit drugs from entering.

  • Intoxicated and drug affected persons will be removed from the premises.

  • It is an offence for minors to purchase and consume alcohol.

  • It is an offence to purchase alcohol for (or supply liquor to) minors or persons who are intoxicated.

  • Persons supplying liquor to minors will be reported to the Police.

Refusal of Entry

The Sydney International Speedway management reserves the right to:

  • Refuse entry to any person deemed to be intoxicated, disorderly or engaging in anti-social behaviour;

  • Refuse entry to any unauthorised persons;

  • Refuse entry of items which have the potential to cause injury or public nuisance;

  • Refuse entry to any person who purchases a event ticket from an unauthorised ticketing agent / source;

  • Refuse entry to any person who is subject to any current banning notices.

Bag Sizes

These are general rules for Sydney International Speedway entry. Individual events may have variations which take precedent. Refer to event pages for information.

  • Bag sizes are limited to 30cm x 40cm (including eski's)

  • All bags are subject to security checks on entry

Restricted / Prohibited Items (General)

The following restricted / prohibited items are not permitted into Sydney International Speedway:

  • Alcoholic beverages.

  • Glass or cans including aerosol cans or metal containers of any style.

  • Flares, fireworks, weapons, explosives, smoke bombs or other incendiary devices.

  • Laser pens / pointers.

  • Drones.

  • Guns, knives or other dangerous weapons.

  • Cameras and Recording devices (for commercial purposes) including tripods.

  • Umbrellas may be brought into the Stadium but for the comfort of others should not be put up while in the seating area.

  • Metal flagpoles, extendable flagpoles and / or flagpoles of more than 1.4 metres in length.

  • Oversized banners and flags which are deemed to cause public nuisance or affect patron viewing.

  • Whistles, hooters and horns or other musical instruments (e.g. drums).

  • Confetti or shredded paper.

  • Scooters, roller skates, skateboards, push bikes, Segways or other unauthorised means of transportation.

  • Animals (with the exception of certified service animals).

  • Other items as determined by Sydney International Speedway management that may cause injury or public nuisance.

Dress Standards

As a minimum for general public areas, patrons must be appropriately clothed for a public place and must wear shoes. Patrons with bare feet will not be permitted entry.

For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all patrons, staff and event participants, the above conditions of entry apply to all Sydney International Speedway visitors, and may be subject to change at any time.
