Tickets for every event at Sydney International Speedway will be available online through Eventbrite or at the ticket box at the track.

A RAINOUT IS DEFINED AS FIVE (5) EVENTS OR LESS BEING SUCCESSFULLY DECLARED COMPLETED.

If the event is cancelled before it begins, all online tickets purchased through Eventbrite will be fully refunded.

In the event of a declared rainout, the ticket venue will honour rainchecks, but will not refund money – no exceptions. Your numbered ticket stub is your raincheck. Please hold all original tickets as this is what you must present at the gate to be able to receive your raincheck. No replacements will be given for lost, or tampered tickets. Rainchecks will be honoured at any one (1) event (of equal or lesser value, not higher priced) at the venue the ticket was purchased for in the same racing season. Not transferable to future seasons. How to use a rain out ticket: Choose an “equal or lesser priced” event, from the Sydney International Speedway current season calendar. Present your ticket to the cashier. The cashier will check your numbered ticket stub for validity. If valid, you will be provided with entry into the venue.

Each ticket, and each pass, credential or other document, (each, a Ticket) issued by Sydney
International Speedway is subject to the following conditions.
WARNING - MOTOR RACING IS DANGEROUS AND INVOLVES RISKS AND DANGERS
TO PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS Section 74 of the Trade Practices Act (“the Act or
any comparable legislation”) implies a warranty of due care and skill into contracts for the
supply of services to consumers as defined in the Act or any comparable legislation. Where
such a warranty applies it cannot be excluded. Subject to the provisions of Section 74 of the
Act or any comparable legislation, if applicable, all persons entering this venue do so at their
own risk and neither the owners or lessees nor the promoters, sponsors, participants or
other persons involved in any way in the running or promotion of any event or events at this
venue (“the Promoters”) will be liable either in tort or contract for any personal injury or loss
of property to any person, whether caused by negligence of the Promoters or otherwise.
